Richmond Comcast Customer Service

Buyers beware! Comcast customer service is a disgrace and will soon be out of business with customer service like this! Do not use their service! We have not had 911 service for 3 days and I have two young children with allergies. I started calling Sunday morning after a thunderstorm Saturday night and was on hold for over 2 hours at one point. I gave up and called back to be on hold again for 45 additional mins. My wife called 3 times and we were told and then lied to that our service was going to be escalated and it was not it was scheduled for the following Friday, five days later.

Such lying to customers and in my case really bad service reps on the other end that just don’t care if you have 911 service or not. Going to supervisor doesn’t seem to work either. The work was still not done and I am back on the phone again trying again. Verizon, direct TV anything, is better than Comcast!
